Back Mountain Flower Farm offers a variety of floral goods and services for your special day. We offer each bride a complimentary phone consultation and are happy to offer both full service weddings as well as a' la cart options. Keep reading to learn more about our process!

Booking
First things first!
Fill out my inquiry form below and I will be in touch to set up an initial 20 minute phone or zoom consultation; this ensures that our services and seasonal blooms are the right fit for you. At the end of our initial consultation, we will set a date and time to meet in person (if applicable) for a 60 minute meeting where we will review your inspiration photos, overall vibe, etc.
Next, I will send your individualized proposal. If you feel that we are the right fit for you the next step is to send me a signed copy of your contract with the retainer and your date is in my calendar!
Now the fun begins! It is time for me to begin planning your florals. I start each seed or bulb for your special day or meet with another local grower who specializes in certain crops that I do not grow.
Seasonal Flowers
Every bloom has its own season to shine.
Ranunculus rule the spring, Peonies make their debut in early summer & Dahlias reign in late summer/early fall. We grow what is in season, meaning if you have your heart set on a fall blooming flower for a May wedding, most likely we are not the grower and florist for you (but it never hurts to ask!!).
Your Investment/Expectations
We are happy to offer full service and a’ la carte options for your day. A’ la carte services must be picked up at the farm (delivery is not available for this option).
When booking us for a full-service wedding you will have either myself or one of our amazing assistant's undivided and devoted attention for your day. We will have your blooms at your venue before the photographer arrives and stay until you are ready to walk down the aisle. Listed below are just a few of the services we provide for your full-service wedding (please note full-service weddings have a minimum of $2500.00).
-Early delivery if needed
-Boutonniere/Pocket Square placement
-Custom floral design for arbors.
-Pre ceremony bloom check (especially on those hot days!)
-Detailed reminder list & day of tips for your blooms, emailed two weeks prior to your date.
-Monthly email check ins.
-Peace of mind!
*Tear down (centerpieces, arbor, etc. is available for an additional fee).
